1. Scope and Subject Matter

These Terms of Service apply to all transactions, downloads, and sponsorship agreements processed through the website of SEN Labs e.U. (hereinafter "we" or "SEN Labs"). We offer users the opportunity to support the development of our open-source project through voluntary contributions (sponsoring) and to download digital content.

2. Sponsoring and Benefits

Sponsorship contributions are voluntary payments to support open-source development. Sponsors may receive access to special perks (e.g., early access, feature voting). We reserve the right to adjust, expand, or discontinue these perks at any time. There is no legal entitlement to the permanent provision of specific features or updates through sponsoring.

3. Payment Processing

All payments (one-time or recurring) are processed securely via our payment provider Donorbox and their partner Stripe. Applicable fees are transparently displayed before the transaction is completed. Recurring sponsorship payments (subscriptions) can be cancelled at any time via your corresponding Donorbox donor account.

4. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

As a general rule for our digital downloads and sponsorship contributions: All transactions are final ("as is") and non-refundable.

• Sponsoring: Since sponsorships are voluntary contributions to support an open-source project, they are strictly non-refundable.
• Digital Downloads: By purchasing or accessing digital content, you explicitly consent that we begin the execution of the contract (providing the download) before the expiration of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced. Software and digital content are provided "as is," without any warranty for specific functionality.

5. Liability

Because our core offerings are based on open-source software, we assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the provided software, code, or digital downloads, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
